Janice is currently a Senior Product Manager at DocuSign who pivoted into Product Managent through her MBA at MIT Sloan. Previously she held roles in Growth Marketing and Ops at an SF-based startup called Premise Data and at LinkedIn through a rotational program.

Over 10+ years of experience in risk modeling, pricing and credit at Rippling, Opendoor and Capital one. His most recent roles include leading risk management at Opendoor, a fortune 500 real estate company and heading credit risk modeling at Rippling, an HR startup. He also has 10 years of experience tutoring math to high school kids in Korea.

Fun Fact: DK also an avid tennis player, having compiled a 24-3 amateur record in the past two years.

Over 10+ years of experience as a Product Leader and Strategist with roots in Design and Psychology. Currently is a Principal Product Manager at Lucid where she owns the product strategy for cloud, data engineering and machine learning platforms. Prior, she was in various product roles at startups like Alt and Lookout.

Zach began his career as a penetration tester where he broke into web apps for global banks. He then wore multiple hats in pre and post sales at Expanse, which was ultimately acquired by Palo Alto Networks. He's now leading business development at a fast-growing startup at the intersection of AI and Cybersecurity called Reach Security.

Fun fact: He recently drove from Maryland to LA by himself and loves to car camp out of his Jeep.

Steph is a design leader and creative director. She specializes in bringing brands and products to market at companies like AMEX and Brex, with a focus on the customer journey and experience. Steph has worked at award-winning advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and tech startups on both coasts. She currently leads brand and product design at Novo.

Fun Fact: Step can say "thank you" in 20 languages!

William has over 10+ years of experience and is currently a Data Scientist at Notion, focusing on Sales Growth. He's held Data Science roles at multiple leading tech companies, including Salesforce, Slack, Coursera, and ShopKick. ​

He received a MBA and PhD from University of Chicago in Quantitative Marketing.

Ashu has 10+ years as a Software Engineer and currently works at Meta. Previously he worked across multiple AI and IoT startups like Whisper.ai and Brilliant Smart Home.

Fun Fact: He recently became a New Yorker moving from SF.

Nate has 7+ years in Product Management across multiple IOT startups like Level Home and Brilliant Smart Home. Currently he is a Senior Product Manager for Samsung.

Fun Fact: He is a board member of the non-profit Students Rising Above.

Ingrid has 10+ years of experience in marketing and growth throughout the entire user funnel from acquisition to lifecycle. Currently she is leading the global lifecycle team at ClassPass and before that she held growth marketing roles at Postmates and Yousician.

Fun Fact: Ingrid is a huge fan of Eurovision and has a bucket list item of seeing the finals in person!

Allison has over 10+ years of experience in Program Management and has spent the past 5 years at Meta in Product Program Management. Prior she was in multiple program positions across Oil & Gas, Salesforce, and Lyft.

Fun Fact: Allison recently returned to Texas after 10 years in San Francisco!

Over 7+ years of experience in business operations and strategy. She has worked extensively with sales, support, and operations teams on product launches, performance management, and analytics. Her most recent roles include leading revenue operations at Divvy Homes and supporting customer experience teams at Opendoor (both real estate startups). Prior to that, she was a consultant at McKinsey focusing on enterprise tech and DEI strategy.

Fun Fact: Kat recently won the Kaggle NFL Big Data Bowl with a paper on predicting tackle probability.

Over 15+ years of experience across Leadership and IC roles at Salesforce, Blend, and now CoreLogic. Steve specializes in growing the skills and careers of those on his team as well as providing deep technology and architecture expertise to top Banks, Credit Unions, and Independent Mortgage companies.

Fun Fact: Steve holds the Santa Clara University record for most strikeouts in a single game with 13.

Iman has 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in backend development, Big Data, and distributed systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on distributed systems and cloud computing. Throughout his career, Iman has worked with FinTech industry leaders like Box and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Bloomberg, contributing to innovative solutions and tackling complex engineering challenges.
